
Xceleration Nation Refund
and Quitters Policy
At Xceleration Nation, we are committed to developing athletes who demonstrate commitment, resilience, and accountability. Participation in our program requires a level of dedication from both athletes and families. This policy exists to set clear expectations while allowing for reasonable flexibility when circumstances arise.
Definition of Quitting
An athlete will be considered to have quit the program if any of the following occur:
• The athlete voluntarily withdraws from the program before the conclusion of the season.
• The athlete stops attending practices and/or competitions without formal written notice to program leadership.
• The athlete misses three (3) consecutive practices or competitions without communication or documented justification.
• A family communicates that the athlete no longer wishes to participate.
Refund policy

Exceptions & Extenuating Circumstances
Xceleration Nation understands that unforeseen situations may occur. Refunds cannot be made through verbal agreement. Xceleration Nation is a non-profit and has to keep record of all transactions. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

Documented medical issues or injuries preventing participation

Family emergencies

Relocation or unavoidable schedule conflicts
All exception requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by program leadership. Approval is not guaranteed.
Re-Enrollment Policy
Athletes who quit the program with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to re-enroll until the balance is paid in full. Athletes who withdraw without communication or disregard program expectations may be subject to review prior to future participation.
